Hey... Sorry guys... I'm not ignoring this site. I've just been on Facebook. I've found a lot of my old friends (and some new ones) on Facebook. If you're looking to contact me, and you know me personally, please send me an email at info =AT= angelquinones =DOT= com and I'll shoot you my Facebook information. I'm still going to update this site, but it's just easier right now to jump into FB and update your status. I can even update my account from my iPhone. So, I've been playing with that lately. Sorry to all my visitors. If you're a friend of mine, email me! If you're looking for the contact page of this site, I kinda had to pull it due to a spam bot that kept coming here and flooding my inbox with links to...well.. garbage. Until I install a verification method for my contact page, I'm going to keep it down. Like I said, email me and I'll send you my Facebook information. I've been seriously busy. Which is why I haven't updated this site for so long. Eventually, I'll find a way to intergrate my Facebook site with this site. But for now, it's just easier to update my FB when I'm on the go. |

 Alrighty... For those of you (family and really close friends) who remember the old "Family Site", you may like this news.
I closed "The Family Site" a few years ago because at the time, there wasn't really that many visits and, quite frankly, there didn't seem to be much interest in the monolith that was "The Family Site". I think one of the major problems the original "Family Site" had was content overload. We had an arcade, two full HTML versions of the Bible, a huge image gallery that was hard to navigate, a forum... just way too much stuff. I closed the site after just a few months. Looking back, I think it was too much.
But now, our family has expanded, and is expanding. And so, I'm thinking that a "Redux" might be in order. Maybe the site should be scaled back as far as "extras". But also accentuated in the areas that were really popular with my family.
So, I guess this is an official announcement of "The Family Site Redux". What version is this now...?... 3.0? It's something like that anyway. But I can guarantee, there will be a lot of changes from 2.0 to 3.0. I think it's 7 years that have passed since "The Family Site" was online. And I've gotten a lot better at this "web stuff" since then. ;)
The old domain is gone. So if you still have it bookmarked, just delete your bookmark. I let the old domain go (it was hard to remember) and I already secured a new domain. Everything will be completely new. I'll be starting everything from scratch.
I'll be contacting a few of you for feedback and to see what you guys would like to see incorporated on the new web site. For now, off I go to code, and recode. Wish me luck. |

Got a Facebook! If you don't know what a Facebook profile is, it's kinda like a MySpace page, only more private. If you want to add me to your Facebook, first make sure you have an account. Go to http://www.facebook.com and get an account. Then, contact me here via the site and I'll tell you what email address I used for my account. I'm not posting my account information here because I'd kinda like to keep it somewhat private. So, contact me here and I'll send you my email address for Facebook. And, if I don't know you, I'm probably not going to send you my FB info. Like I said, I'd rather keep it somewhat private and keep only close friends and family on my FB.
